The lunch is offered free of charge and is prepared voluntarily by mothers from our community for participating mothers. It is intended as an adult community meal and is not prepared as baby food. Ingredients and allergens may vary, so please check what is suitable for you before eating. Food is enjoyed voluntarily and at each participant’s own discretion. The Mama Vida Club cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment. Parents remain responsible for deciding what is suitable for their own children.

The final FEM Med Mama Salsa session of 2026, combining movement, health information and community exchange for mothers.
Each session begins with a short introduction to FEM Med, followed by approximately 30 minutes of Latin dance with Mamá Ludi. Afterwards, FEM Med professionals provide a health talk, practical information or guided exchange.
