Maternal Wellbeing
Community support around pregnancy, postpartum, early motherhood, emotional wellbeing and prevention of social isolation.
Building the village every mother needs.
The Mama Vida Club is a Vienna-based nonprofit organisation working directly with mothers, migrant women and international families through community learning, maternal wellbeing, psychosocial support, inclusive movement, peer connection and women’s empowerment.
We believe meaningful European cooperation begins with real people, trusted communities and practical experiences that can be shared, tested and developed together.
The Mama Vida Club was created around a simple idea: mothers should not have to navigate motherhood, migration, isolation or major life changes alone.
Our community brings together women from different countries, languages and life experiences. Babies and children are welcome, and participation is designed around the realities of family life.
We create low-threshold spaces where mothers can meet, move, learn, exchange knowledge, strengthen confidence, access professional input and build meaningful social connections.
Our European cooperation grows from work that already exists locally. We do not create activities only for projects — projects can build on a community that is already active.
Community support around pregnancy, postpartum, early motherhood, emotional wellbeing and prevention of social isolation.
Workshops, professional input, peer exchange and accessible learning opportunities that strengthen resilience and everyday confidence.
Multilingual community-building, intercultural participation, integration, language exchange and practical social connection.
Inclusive dance, gentle physical activity and joyful movement used as tools for confidence, wellbeing and connection.
Supporting mothers as whole women — with identities, skills, professional aspirations, creativity and leadership beyond caregiving.
Clothes and family-item exchanges, circular use of resources, low-waste community activities and mutual support between families.
Mothers in Mama Vida do not simply receive activities. They participate, contribute, share cultures and knowledge, prepare meals, support each other and help create the community itself.
Our strongest contribution is the connection between project ideas and real everyday community life in Austria.
We work directly with mothers, migrant women and international families in Vienna.
We can mobilise community channels for workshops, pilots, focus groups and learning activities.
We can host and facilitate local activities, learning formats, community events and pilot programmes.
Our community works across German, Spanish, English and multilingual international environments.
We can contribute needs analysis, focus groups, testing, evaluation and authentic feedback from mothers.
Community networks, events, public activities, storytelling and awareness actions help project results reach real people.
Our local activities provide practical formats that can be adapted, tested, exchanged and developed together with European partners.
Our European interests extend beyond motherhood alone. We are open to cooperation that supports women throughout changing stages of family, social and professional life.
Some of our activities intentionally move beyond closed rooms and into public space. We use accessible, positive community actions to bring attention to the realities and needs of mothers.
The Mama Vida Club is registered for European cooperation and is interested in developing meaningful, long-term partnerships with organisations whose expertise complements our grassroots work.
We are open to conversations with organisations developing thoughtful European projects around women, mothers, adult education, inclusion, wellbeing, community participation, healthy lifestyles and sustainable social impact.
If our work feels aligned with yours, we would be happy to meet, exchange ideas and explore whether there is a natural basis for cooperation.
